We welcome you to our vacation home.

To ensure a pleasant stay, we have established house rules. By agreeing or placing a booking, the person booking with us accepts our house rules. The person booking is ultimately responsible for compliance and communication of these rules to the rest of the group.

  1. We ask that you be respectful of our vacation property.
  2. Inventory such as tables and chairs that are inside are not to be used outside on the patio or in the garden. This is what outdoor furniture is for.
  3. We ask you not to move inventory and/or furniture. If you do want to move furniture and/or beds, you can only do so in consultation with us.
  4. Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking can be done outside, where we ask that you dispose of completely cooled cigarettes in the residual waste.
  5. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in or near the accommodation.
  6. During your stay, you are responsible for the rented vacation property.
    Always close all doors and take the key with you when you leave the property.
  7. Supervise your children.
  8. We operate a night rest period between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. in the morning. Of course you can still sit outside on the terrace. But after 22:00 we ask you to be considerate of the surroundings and no more music on the grounds and no loud music in the accommodation.
  9. If something breaks or gets damaged, we would like to hear about it as soon as possible so that we can look for a solution together.
    We find it very unpleasant if we discover damage after you leave which you have not reported to us.
  10. Any damage caused and/or leaving our accommodation “too dirty” will be deducted from the deposit. If the amount of damage exceeds the deposit paid, it goes without saying that you will reimburse this damage and/or additional costs.
  11. Waste should be carefully separated into the appropriate waste containers.
  12. Any parasols present fold down at night and on departure.
  13. No additional guests/visitors are allowed during your stay without consultation, than the pre-specified number of people.
  14. It is not allowed to make damages by means of nails, thumbtacks, duck-tape, tape confetti etc.
  15. You can park in the parking spaces provided.
  16. On departure:
  17. Check-out time is 10 a.m. (unless otherwise arranged)
  18. Please leave our vacation address neat and wipe clean.
  19. The beds have been taken off and the bedding is in the hallway along with the towels.
  20. Empty the refrigerator and freezer.
  21. Place the crockery clean and dry back in its designated place.
  22. The dishwasher is uncluttered and clean.
  23. Make sure the oven and/or microwave are clean.
  24. Turn off electrical appliances.
  25. Dispose of household garbage from garbage bins and trash cans
    in the designated dumpster outside.
  26. Maintain a clean outdoor area.
  27. Check that all doors and windows are closed.
  28. Hand the keys to your contact person.

General information and cancellation conditions
Payment terms: 40% within 2 weeks of booking and balance no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival

Your reservation is not final until the deposit is credited to our account.

We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance for your group stay.

Cancellation deadlines and forfeited fees; what do you pay upon cancellation.
– If you cancel more than 12 months before the start date, you will pay 10% of the agreed price.
– For cancellation within six to 12 months before the start date, 30% of the agreed price.
– For cancellation within four to six months before the effective date, 70% of the agreed price
– For cancellation within two to four months before the effective date, 80% of the agreed price.
– For cancellation within two months before the effective date 95% of the agreed price
– For cancellation on or after the day of the effective date, 100% of the agreed price

Covid-19 principles
Should there be tightened government measures as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, as a result of which your stay is not allowed, then your (additional) payment will stand and you can move your stay to another available period. If you choose a more expensive period or the rates are higher later in the new period, it goes without saying that you will have to pay the difference.

Being afraid of COVID-19* or another pandemic is not a valid reason to cancel.

If one or more persons in your group cannot attend* due to, for example, testing positive, having to come from abroad, or being quarantined, this is not a valid reason to be able to reschedule and or cancel your booking without charge. Your booking will stand and the rest of the group can simply join us on location.

* If necessary, discuss with your insurance advisor what insurance options are available around a pandemic, in case of illness, death or, for example, an accident, which would prevent you from visiting our residence.
